Neal Hudson
Neal founded Residential Analysts Ltd in January 2017, BuiltPlace in 2018, is a Visiting Fellow in Real Estate and Planning at Henley Business School, and occasionally writes for the Financial Times
Residential Analysts Ltd provides data-led research, analysis, and reporting on all aspects of the UK housing market. From housing policy to development consultancy, from demographic modelling to market forecasting, the core aim of Residential Analysts is to build a better understanding of the latest market developments and long-term trends shaping the UK housing market.
Nick Gregori
Nick is the founder and director of Canal Street Research, carrying out independent research and consultancy on all aspects of UK residential property. His areas of interest include house price forecasting, demographic trends, development strategy and policy analysis.
He previously worked for Savills in their residential research team from 2014 to 2018, latterly as an Associate Director leading their planning and affordable housing research consultancy. Prior to Savills he worked as an analyst for a small energy efficiency consultancy. He has a first-class degree in Materials Science from Oxford University.
