Brian writes and produces reports and consults across a wide range of industry topics for both commercial and non-commercial organisations. He edits the annual Housing Market Intelligence report and Barbour ABI’s annual Home Improvers of Great Britain report, writes regularly on economic topics for RIBA Journal and has worked with the Chartered Institute of Building in recent years producing various policy reports on issues such as productivity, social mobility and migration. He sits on the BEIS Consultative Committee on Construction Industry Statistics, the ONS Construction Statistics Steering Group and the Housebuilder Magazine editorial panel. He is an honorary research associate at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, UCL
