Peter Williams

Peter Williams is Executive Director of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association and a Departmental Fellow, Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.

He is Chair of First Affordable, a new for profit’ housing association and a non-executive director of Belmont Green trading as Vida Home Loans, a new challenger mortgage lender.

He was previously Director of the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research (2011-2013), Deputy Director General of the Council of Mortgage Lenders and Professor of Housing at the University of Wales, Cardiff.
